Building Sustainability

Building SustainabilityBuilding Sustainability (DATES TBD) consolidates your learning experiences and creates space to consider how you can build a sustainable social change practice at all levels.

  • How can you work from your deepest sustainable source?
  • How can you find balance in expressing your passion and the vibrancy of what is alive in you?
  • How can you build a community of support?
  • How can you continue to build upon your understanding of sustainable social change?

It starts with surveying your personal ecology and sustainability practices. Learn how to facilitate processes within your own body as they relate to world conflicts, developing a deeper understanding of burnout. Gain heightened body awareness & vibrancy.

To help your seeds of change blossom, Building Sustainability explores how your ego runs your calendar. You'll contemplate practical changes to move your noble goals forward in all the areas of your life.

And change doesn't happen without cultivating wider connections and building communities of support. Together with your peers, you will share sustainable practices that can be introduced into your family, workplace and community. You will explore how to develop nurturing, supportive relationships and networks.

Building Sustainability is also a time for you to present reflections on your foundational concepts for sustainable social change. How do I shift my own consciousness and what lessons can I bring to my collaborations with others? Through creative presentations, you and your peers will share key learning's arising out of your shared journey to understand how to build greater congruence between your inner experience and more impactful actions for social change.

Our learning model uses experiential and cognitive learning techniques combined with peer support, and real world application.

Please note: Our five course modules can be taken as a series, or as stand-alone independent courses taken at any time.
